If I have insurance do I need a lawyer?

What if I don't have insurance?

Compensation For Your Oregon Wildfire Losses

Insurance will not cover all losses for three main reasons:

  • Most people are underinsured.
  • Insurance does not pay to replace your possessions with new items but instead will pay a depreciated amount.
  • Many categories of damages are outside of the purview of insurance coverage completely.

We have helped many home-owners and renters who did not have insurance at the time of the fire. If the fire was caused by someone who is negligent, careless or deliberate behavior you are entitled to compensation.

Power company negligence may have caused mass evacuations property loss, physical injury, and loss of life. The attorneys at Singleton Law Firm will hold them accountable.
